Richards’ focus for Prodigal is performing analytical analysis of our company’s proprietary branding research. For ShaleComm, Richards uses his background as a licensed clinical counselor to advise clients on managing confrontational behavior and opposition to the company’s work and mission. His contribution has been key in the development of media management training materials. Richards earned a Bachelor of Science at Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., and a Master of Education and Counseling from Youngstown State University.
